We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
