OurPetGroomer is a directory service that helps pet owners find and connect with pet grooming businesses. We provide information about groomers including contact details, services, reviews, and pricing. We do not directly provide grooming services.
User Responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms or reviews
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not scrape or collect data from our website without permission
- Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
Disclaimer of Warranties
OurPetGroomer provides information about third-party grooming businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of information provided. We are not responsible for the services provided by listed groomers. Always verify information directly with the groomer before booking.
Limitation of Liability
OurPetGroomer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Intellectual Property

For Business Owners
If you are a grooming business listed on our site, you may request updates to your listing or removal by contacting us. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or receive consistent negative feedback.
Payment Processing & Stripe Connect
OurPetGroomer provides software tools that allow grooming businesses to accept payments from their clients through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our payment features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Platform Role: OurPetGroomer is a software platform that facilitates payment collection. We do not process, hold, manage, or control any funds. All payments are processed directly by Stripe and deposited into the business owner's connected bank account.
- No Financial Advice: OurPetGroomer does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not a financial institution, payment processor, or tax advisor.
- Tax Obligations: Business owners are solely responsible for all tax obligations including but not limited to: collecting and remitting sales tax, reporting income, filing tax returns, and complying with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. OurPetGroomer does not calculate, collect, or remit any taxes on your behalf.
- Invoicing & Billing: Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their invoices, pricing, fees, and charges. OurPetGroomer is not liable for disputes arising from billing, pricing, or services rendered.
- Client Disputes: Any disputes between business owners and their clients regarding payments, services, refunds, or chargebacks are between those parties. OurPetGroomer is not a party to these transactions and assumes no liability for their outcome.
- Stripe Terms: Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement.
- Service Liability: OurPetGroomer is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the grooming services provided by businesses listed on our platform. Pet owners engage groomers at their own discretion and risk.
SMS & Text Messaging
OurPetGroomer and the grooming businesses on our platform may send you SMS (text) messages related to your appointments and account. By providing your phone number and opting in to text message notifications, you expressly consent to receive the following types of text messages from OurPetGroomer:
- Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation of your booked grooming appointments.
- Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent 24 hours and 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Ready-for-Pickup Notifications: Notification when your pet is ready to be picked up from the groomer.
- Rebooking Reminders: Periodic reminders to rebook your pet's next grooming session.
- Booking Updates: Status changes, cancellations, or rescheduling notifications related to your appointments.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, ready-for-pickup, review request). You may also receive occasional rebooking reminders.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OurPetGroomer is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
Opt-In: You can re-subscribe to text messages at any time by replying START to our number or by enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.

Consent is Not Required for Purchase: You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of booking appointments or using any other OurPetGroomer services. You may opt out and still use all platform features.
Subscription & Billing
OurPetGroomer offers subscription plans for business owners. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for any billing concerns.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
